It depends on the size of your Drive. Most personal Drives complete in under 10 minutes. Larger organizational Drives with tens of thousands of files can take 30–90 minutes. The Genie will keep you updated with a time estimate and send you an email when it’s done — so you can grab a coffee and come back to results. ☕

Yes — Pro and Enterprise plans include Shared Drive scanning. You can also toggle between “My Drive only” for a quick scan or “My Drive + All Shared Drives” for a full audit. Free and Starter plans cover My Drive only.

The permission is permanently removed from that file in Google Drive immediately. The person will lose access the next time they try to open it. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a full log of everything that was revoked — your paper trail is always one click away.

Yes — cherry-pick revocation (targeting individual files per person) is available on Pro and above. If you need to go full scorched-earth on an entire person’s access at once, bulk revocation is also a Pro+ feature. Free users can still run a full audit and see exactly what’s out there — the Genie just asks for a small upgrade before he starts pulling permissions. 🧞

Each license is permanently claimed by the first Google account that enters the license key — so make sure you activate on the right account. If you need to cover an entire organization, our Enterprise plan issues a domain-wide license covering all @yourdomain.com users. Google Workspace admins can take it even further with Admin Genie, which adds domain-wide auditing and offboarding tools on top of Enterprise.

Yes. If the Genie doesn’t grant your wish within the first 48 hours, contact us at payments@driveauditgenie.com for a full refund. No questions asked — except maybe “how can we do better?”

Renewals are handled automatically by Stripe — nothing you need to do. You’ll receive a receipt by email each month (or year, if you’re on annual billing). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account portal. The Genie never traps you in the lamp.
