    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By installing, accessing, or using Drive Audit Genie (“the Service”), a product of C and A 813 Consultants, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service. These Terms apply to all versions including the Google Workspace Add-on, Chrome Extension, and Desktop Application.

    2. Description of Service

    Drive Audit Genie is a Google Drive permission auditing tool that scans your files, folders, and Shared Drives for permission data; identifies who has access to every file; creates detailed audit reports in Google Sheets within your own Google Drive; allows you to revoke access to files you own; sends email notifications; and operates within your Google Workspace environment using your own OAuth credentials.

    3. License and Subscription

    Tiers: The Service is offered in five tiers: Free, Starter ($4.99/mo or $49.99/yr), Pro ($11.99/mo or $119.99/yr), Enterprise ($19.99/seat/mo or $199.99/seat/yr, 150 seat minimum), and Admin Genie ($22.99/seat/mo or $229.99/seat/yr, available exclusively to Google Workspace domain administrators with an active Enterprise plan). Features at each tier are described at driveauditgenie.com/pricing.

    Free Tier: Available without a license key, covering up to 1,000 files. No payment or registration required.

    License Activation (Seat-Claim Model): Paid licenses are issued as a unique license key at purchase. That key is activated โ€” and permanently claimed โ€” when entered inside the add-on by a Google account. Once claimed, the license is tied to that Google account and is non-transferable. It may not be reassigned, resold, gifted, or shared with another account or individual under any circumstances.

    Multiple Accounts: Each license covers one Google account. A separate license must be purchased for each additional account.

    Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically. Pricing is in USD. Applicable sales tax will be collected based on your location.

    4. Refund Policy

    48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee: All new paid subscriptions include a 48-hour money-back guarantee from the date of first payment. Contact payments@driveauditgenie.com within 48 hours for a full refund โ€” no questions asked. Applies to first-time purchases only, once per customer account.

    Cancellations: You must cancel at least 72 hours before your monthly renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Cancellations within 72 hours of renewal may result in that charge being processed and are non-refundable.

    Non-Refundable: Renewal charges where 72-hour notice was not given; requests after the 48-hour window; partial month or partial year refunds; accounts in violation of these Terms.

    5. User Responsibilities

    You must have a valid Google account in good standing and appropriate permissions to manage the files you audit. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes on files you own or have explicit authority to manage. You agree NOT to reverse engineer the Service, circumvent license validation, share or resell your license key, or use the Service to harm others or Google’s infrastructure.

    6. Revocation of Access

    Revoking file permissions through the Service is permanent and cannot be undone by the Service. You are solely responsible for reviewing all revocation actions before proceeding. The Service can only revoke access to files you own.

    7โ€“10. Data, IP, Disclaimers & Indemnification

    Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy at driveauditgenie.com/privacy. The Service processes Drive metadata only โ€” never file contents. All code, design, branding, and the tagline “One click. Your audit is granted.” are owned by C and A 813 Consultants. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. You agree to indemnify C and A 813 Consultants from claims arising from your use of the Service.

    11โ€“15. Changes, Termination & General

    We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Material changes to Terms or pricing will be communicated at least 7 days in advance. You may cancel at any time via your account portal or by emailing us. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida.

    1. Introduction

    This Privacy Policy describes how Drive Audit Genie collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described here.

    2. Information We Collect

    Google Account Info: Email address, display name, and Google User ID โ€” used to identify your license and send notifications.

    Google Drive Metadata: File and folder names, types, dates, URLs, sharing permissions, and ownership data. We access metadata only โ€” never file contents.

    License & Usage Data: Your license key, tier, audit status, and last audit timestamp โ€” stored in Google Cloud Firestore solely to operate the Service.

    What We Do NOT Collect: File contents, Gmail messages, Calendar data, Contacts beyond file permissions, photos, videos, or payment card details.

    3. How We Use Your Information

    To scan your Drive, generate audit reports in your own Google Sheets, allow access revocation, validate your license, send completion and revocation emails, and improve the Service using aggregated anonymized data only.

    4. Data Storage and Security

    Audit Results: Written to Google Sheets in your own Drive โ€” we cannot access these.

    License Records: Stored in Google Cloud Firestore (region: us-central1).

    Security: OAuth 2.0 authentication, HTTPS encryption, auto-expiring access tokens, secrets managed via Google Cloud Secret Manager, and principle of least privilege OAuth scopes.

    5. Data Sharing

    We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for any commercial purpose. We use Google Workspace APIs, Google Cloud Run & Firestore, and Stripe (payment processing only). Disclosure may occur only when required by valid legal obligation.

    6. Google API Limited Use

    Drive Audit Genie’s use of Google API data strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We do not use your data for advertising, allow humans to read your data without your explicit request, or transfer data to third parties except as necessary to operate the Service.

    7. OAuth Scopes

    Required scopes: drive (read metadata, revoke access), spreadsheets (create audit report), gmail.send (send notifications), userinfo.email/profile (license validation), script.external_request (backend API).

    8. Your Rights

    You may delete audit spreadsheets, reset audit data, revoke app access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, opt out of emails, or request license data deletion by emailing payments@driveauditgenie.com. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

    9. International Users & Children

    Data is processed in Google’s infrastructure and our us-central1 Cloud backend. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, and LGPD. The Service is not directed to children under 13. Contact us immediately if you believe a child has used the Service.

    Our Commitment

    We want you to love the Genie. If it’s not the right fit, we’d rather part as friends than keep your money. This policy is designed to be fair, clear, and headache-free โ€” because you have enough of those already.

    48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

    All new paid subscriptions include a 48-hour money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. If Drive Audit Genie is not right for you for any reason, contact us within 48 hours at payments@driveauditgenie.com and we will issue a full refund โ€” no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

    This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and is available once per customer account.

    Monthly & Annual Renewal Cancellations

    Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle โ€” whether monthly or annual โ€” you must cancel at least 72 hours before your renewal date.

    Cancellations within 72 hours of a scheduled renewal may result in that renewal being processed. That charge is final and non-refundable. Your subscription remains active through the end of the paid period and will not renew again.

    To cancel, visit your Stripe customer portal or email payments@driveauditgenie.com with your registered email address.

    Non-Refundable Circumstances

    • Renewal charges where cancellation was not submitted at least 72 hours in advance
    • Requests made after the 48-hour guarantee window has expired
    • Partial month or partial year refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
    • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service

    License Activation & Transferability

    Drive Audit Genie uses a seat-claim model. When you purchase a license, you receive a unique key. That key is permanently claimed when entered inside the add-on by a Google account. Once claimed, the license is tied to that account and may not be reassigned, resold, gifted, or transferred. A separate license must be purchased for each additional Google account.

    Free Time & Promotional Credits

    Any complimentary access, referral credits, or promotional periods have no cash value and are not redeemable for a refund or payment of any kind.

    How to Request a Refund

    Email payments@driveauditgenie.com with your registered email address and reason for your request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours.
